Conditioning time...

I've always done some form of conditioning for parkour just so I could minimize injury. Things are different now. I've come to a point in my training where I don't think I can physical progress anymore unless I make my body stronger. So lately I've been huge on conditioning rarely having time for actually parkour training. I must admit sucks a little not training my pk as much as I use to, but I know later when I get use to these workouts I'll be back. I don't have a specific workout I do which is my big set back. I know little of muscle conditioning and lately I've been researching different techniques I could do to get the most out of my workouts. As soon as I get something solid I'll be sure to post it on my blog as well as updates to changes, improvements, etc.
