Challenging Myself.

Something I never do anymore. This is a mentality I need to get back. One thing I've found is as you grow in your training finding something difficult for you to do becomes hard. Soon it gets to the point where you don't try to challenge your skills. Eventually you don't desire to try. I don't know usually I find a simple excuse to make myself feel better, things like "Well I'm tired" "Naw, I'm just not feeling it" "I could do it if I wanted to.". I'd be the first to admit I make WAY to many excuses when I'm training as to why I don't want to do something.

The problem is I'm just to lazy to try. I'm to lazy to put a effort in anything anymore. It's like I'm doing movements just because its easy.

This must stop. I need to desire progression again.
